Endangered Species is our most recent design award winner from GDUSA, and a must-read—The final book in the Cretaceous Chronicles trilogy, ENDANGERED SPECIES. This earth-shattering conclusion wraps up three summers of dinosaurs wreaking havoc in modern-day Montana and Idaho.

Design Process, Pricing and Education & Training

Our team of experienced, competent, and creative graphic designers are experts in their field. We will work closely with you from start to finish to ensure that your vision is brought to life. We take great pride in our work and are committed to designing unique paperback and e-book covers that are guaranteed to grab attention.

Once you submit the details for your book cover, one of our experienced designers will contact you. If you are ready to begin working with MAUGEDESIGN on your award-winning book cover, a 50% down payment of the total price is required, whether it is for a paperback or an e-book. As soon as we receive your payment, we will start working on your cover right away. You will then be provided with three design options to choose from.

We also offer paid live software coaching and on-demand instruction in graphic design, including hands-on training in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. This is available for students studying graphic design and for individuals seeking a refresher.

A dust jacket, also known as a book jacket or dust cover, is a protective cover placed on the outside of a hardcover book. Usually made of paper, it features the title, author, and other relevant information. A hardcover is also priced differently. because of its hinge and wrap and edits to the design elements and layout.

The pricing is based on a minimum of 100 pages of text only. Any additional text-only pages beyond 100 will be charged at $5 per page. Images are meticulously prepared for optimal quality and appropriately sized, and they will incur separate charges. Please provide images or discuss with designer.
Use the Reach Out link for pricing on live video coaching, on-demand instruction in graphic design, and hands-on training in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, or any design consultation. Our one-on one training is affordable at $25/hour. Must have the programs installed on your computer and access to Zoom or TEAMS.
The client should plan on providing high quality (300ppi) images for their book covers. These images must be at least the size of the book cover front.
We can also provide copyright-free images from either of the image banks we use, the price of which will be invoiced.
